Broken Par Golf Co. Monthly Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The monthly giveaway is sponsored by Broken Par Golf Co., located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Questions may be directed to support@brokenpargolfco.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Broken Par Golf Co. and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
Visit brokenpargolfco.com and complete the Monthly Giveaway entry form with your name and valid email address.
Entry is completely free. No purchase or marketing subscription is required.
Limit one entry per person. Once entered, you will remain eligible for future monthly drawings unless you request removal or the giveaway program ends.
4. Monthly Drawings
The first drawing will take place November 30, 2026. One winner will be randomly selected on the last calendar day of each subsequent month.
Entries received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the day before each drawing will be eligible for that month's drawing. Later entries will be eligible beginning with the following month's drawing.
All eligible entries remain in future monthly drawings unless withdrawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
5. Prizes
One winner each month will receive one eligible Broken Par Golf Co. hat or graphic tee, subject to availability, with a retail value not exceeding $45.
The prize includes standard shipping within the United States. No cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email from Broken Par Golf Co.
Winners must respond within seven days and provide the information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
Winners will never be asked to pay to claim their prize.
7. Privacy and Marketing
Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and contact winners.
Receiving promotional emails is optional and requires separate consent. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not remove an otherwise eligible giveaway entry.
Participants may request withdrawal from future drawings by emailing support@brokenpargolfco.com.
8. General Conditions
Broken Par Golf Co. reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries and may modify or discontinue future drawings with appropriate notice, subject to applicable law.
